LEVEL AND CLEAR AREA:
Your system is only as level as your ground area. Landscaping is the responsibility of the customer. Please have a clear (free of rocks, stumps, trees or structures) and level area prepared ahead of time. Additional charges may be applied if the swing set needs to be carried over 150 feet or carried over obstacles in the yard. Any space that has less than the recommended 6’ perimeter may require a liability waiver.
SCHEDULING:
You will receive a phone call within 5 business days of ordering to schedule your Installation. We strive to make sure your set is installed within 2 to 5 weeks from order. Conditions out of our control such as weather and shipping delays may affect your install date.
INSTALL DAY:
Someone must be home to accept delivery of your Play System, show the installer when you would like it and sign the install report when the installer is finished. Anyone you give permission to sign on your behalf acts as your agent and all signatures are binding.
WARRANY:
View The Full Rainbow Warranty here.
The wooden components in your Rainbow Play System will have imperfections. We remind you that seasonal checking (line cracks with the grain of the wood), knotholes and knots are natural characteristics to be expected on all wooden play equipment. As the wood expands and contracts with the weather, these checks will form. Imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity are not covered under the warranty.
We hope that your shopping experience was a pleasant one!
Thank you for your business.
THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION DATE:
The customer is solely responsible to call utilities at least 3 days prior to installation date. Pleasant Run does not require the property to be marked but claims NO responsibility for any damage to utility lines, Sprinkler lines, or drainage pipes.
PLACEMENT:
The customer is responsible for the placement of the system. Once digging begins the location is final. The customer must be home prior to digging. A $150/hour labor charge will apply if the location is changed after the contractor has started digging.
ROCK ENCOUNTER POLICY:
In the rare event that rock is encountered during standard digging and additional equipment is required, the customer will be billed for the rental fee of a jackhammer, as well as $150 per hour for any additional labor time needed. While this situation is uncommon, it can occur in certain regions.
PIN PLACEMENT:
Most curbing is not in a straight line. Because of this the pin will be made flush to the driveway via a tape measure or by eye only if necessary. Rainbow Direct can only guarantee that the pin will be as flush to the driveway as possible.
DIRT REMOVAL:
All dirt unearthed will be left beside the pin. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the dirt from the location of the system. If the customer wishes to have a tarp ready before digging begins, Rainbow Direct will place unearthed dirt on it for easy clean up.
INSTALLATION RESTRICTIONS:
We do not install in bushes or heavily landscaped areas.
INSTALLATION TIMELINE: 2-DAY PROCESS:
Installations require 2 days to complete. Please confirm with the installers as to when they will return to erect the pole.
